Submission Guidelines Caveworks Press, located in rural Reinbeck, Iowa, promotes poets in the Midwest who love performing their poetry. You are welcome to submit if you live in one of the following states: Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, or Missouri. Why? We feel this is the best way we can promote both you and our press with local readings and books in friendly, non-chain bookstores and shops across the Midwest. Poets should submit at least ten poems of their best work or poetry manuscript. Simultaneous submissions should be noted and promptly withdrawn if accepted elsewhere. Email and regular mail submissions will be accepted. Xerox copies or computer printout with your name on all pages, please. Include a SASE for either return of your submission or status reply. Please note in your cover letter if you would prefer the poems be recycled. We try to report on submissions within three months. Please contact the editor for mailing information.
